Overview
In order to start registering for a conference, you need to register the PRIMARY advisor. Please include both a home and on-site phone number for the advisors as well as an email address. This is needed so if there is an emergency or the conference director needs to contact you about a student issue, they can. This information will not be shared with any other individuals.
Directions
1- Go to http://iservices.patsa.org/ from any web browser
2- Click on the Conference Registration button
3- Click on the Start the Registration Process button
4- Enter in the Primary Advisor's Information. It is important include:
Contact Phone Number & Email Address - For the conference registrar to contact you if there is a problem with your registration
On-Site Phone Number - Cell phone in case the planning team/security needs to reach you in the event of an emergency with one of your students
From here, you can choose to ADD Advisor again, go to the Main Menu or SHOW List of participants. When in the Conference Registration, it will now look different, and you have the full options to add students, teams, other advisors, show bill, etc.
