Chapter Activation

Overview

In order to utilize iServices, you must first affiliate with National TSA.  Once you are affiliated with National TSA, a message is sent to our state advisor.  Our state advisor will than either a) activate your chapter in iServices if you have an existing account, or b) forward your information on to have an account created and activated in iServices. Once you account is activated, an email confirmation with your credentials to the email account you affiliated with National TSA.  

This process can take up to five business days to complete once you register with National TSA, but typically is completed within 24 hours.
