3.10 - Error Messages

iServices has been updated to include detailed error messages.  

ERROR IS001

DUPLICATE ENTRY

Sorry - You have this participant already entered in this event.

Explanation: While you can have more than one team for events, you need to add a new team, than add that team to the event.

ERROR IS002

QUALIFYING EVENT - INDIVIDUAL

Sorry - This participant did not qualify at regionals.  In order to enter this event, they needed to have placed at the regional conference.  If they did place, and you are reaching this message in error, contact your Regional Registrar.

Explanation: You need to contact your Regional Registrar to correct this error.

ERROR IS003

REGIONAL MAX ERROR

Sorry - Your region has specified only __ can be entered in this event.

Explanation: Your region has set a max number of participants.  You must delete a participant from the event, before you can add this participant.

ERROR IS004

EXCEEDING MAX - INDIVIDUAL

Sorry - You cannot enter the participant as you exceeded the allowable entries.

Explanation: You can only exceed the maximum number of participants if ALL participants qualifying at regionals.  No substitution for individual events.

ERROR IS005

QUALIFYING EVENT  - TEAM

Sorry, your team cannot enter the event as this is a qualifying event. The last entry was automatically deleted.

Explanation: 

ERROR IS006

EXCEEDING MAX - TEAM

Sorry - Your team cannot enter the event as you exceeded the allowable entries.

You can only enter __ and you attempted to enter __.  The last entry was automatically deleted.

Explanation: You can only exceed the maximum number of participants if ALL teams qualifying at regionals.

ERROR IS101

PARTICIPANT ERROR - You need to provide more information for this participant... 

The above missing information is REQUIRED

Explanation: Certain information is required for all participants.  The message will display what information is missing.  Correct the information and the error will disappear.
